Hello Stella,
I think you will need the permission for using the clipart. Have you deleted this design or is it just "vanished" somewhere in your folders? Maybe with the name you can do a search on your computer (that's what I do when I now I have a special design and I know the name or the seller and I cannot find it in those folders where it should be).

The design itself would be copyrighted and you would need the permission of the original artist to have someone else digitize it for you. Do you remember if it was maybe a halloween font that you put together or was it in one big design. So a search on your computer for halloween and I'm sure you'll find it.

Embroidery Library www.emblibrary.com has a similar design, number E1989, if you type that number in the search box on the home page it will find the design for you
