ok remember these ink faces arms & legs? well thanks to the cuties help they now look like this! I wasn't able to find the Clearasil vanishing acne cream but thanks to the information that was shared I did find this OXY product with the same Benzoyl Peroxide Lotion 5% W/W & this is only one treatment left out in the sun for 6 hrs! I moved them into the sun off & on as the time went on. I am so impressed thanks again Cuties to the rescue! I missed a spot on the side of one's face so will try it tomorrow if it is sunny but it did NOT discolour the dolls @ all! Miss Ava will be pleased to have them all back & clean from the nana's fix it hospital LOL

magnify the spots the left eye on the brown hair one several spots on the leg is not bright but is a faint stain and on the side of the little ones face by the eye.
I would treat all once more if I wanted all to be removed.

Thank you! I have a collection of dolls that need some help with the ink. Thank you for posting the solution. I didn't know, but will give it a try. Does it have to sit in the sun? Naturally, it is raining here, so that won't help. Also, for how long did you leave it? I have dolls with blue ink and some with red. I think the red will be more challenging!!

Well we are in the summer time here so I sat them outside & moved them through out the day to keep them in the sun. I noticed a change after about 3 hours but kept them out for 6. On the link it says you can keep them under a heat light but that made me nervous in case I forgot & left them there to long they may melt? It also said you may have to do more then one treatment but this result is after the first try. Best of luck, hugs & **

The example shown was done on a vintage doll that was very badly marked & the transformation is just remarkable. As for the eyes of a doll, well this is the place to ask. Best of luck, hugs & ***

I call them all Mr. & Mrs. because when the first one was little he wanted to be a grown-up like his papa & when I asked him why he said well big people always call him Mr. (we were @ the bank) so we started calling him Mr. & he would puff up so proud.............it just stuck. New tip to me. I normally remove ink from cloth with hairspray but can not think that it will come out on a doll. Funny how I recall my daughters dolls also been written on yes and it was in purple too.

I too have used hairspray on ink in the past & toothpaste to get it off a mug. On a doll I thought it was permanent? Glad to know it is not. Hugs & ****
