This is another scrap project , the pieces were given to me by a lady in our quilting group they were leftovers from a quilt she made ,I just had to add the small piece on the border in the top right hand corner

Hmm.... I just looked really closely at this and I see a fantail and a tui (bottom right hand corner) - NEW ZEALAND fabrics!!!!

yes they are NZ fabrics , my friend went there for a holiday and bought these back with her , she made a quilt and gave me the leftovers ,I feel I need to use up fabrics when I'm given them .I did have the fabric it the top right hand corner myself, that's all I added apart from the borders.
