It's beautiful. What hoop do you use for make it? It is 200x360 or 350x360?

When you use it, do you embroidery one side and after turn the hoop? Or use two hooping? I ask this question because I can not embroidery correctly with my hoop 350x360. I want to learn wher is my mistake. Thanks
