Thanks Sarah - got some help though. Santi showed at her last road show how to use some thumbnails. I've tried it and it seemed to be working well.

Thank you - bought the shirt for a $1 so It probably would only have been the time that would have been wasted it it did not work.

Nice job....looks like you got perfect positioning in your hoops...

Thanks - yes at the beginning of every section it stitches out some markers. And because it was cotton it was quite flat in the hoop which allowed me to perfectly match the markers. Battled a bit with the second hooping and then seemed to get the hang of it. The last one was easier.

Wow!!You'd never know you had to hoop so many times, I can never get them lined up like you did. Pretty design and I bet you will get many nice compliments (And probably requests) when you wear it.

Thank you - Would not be able to if Santi (HIA) did not show us. I am sure there were a tutorial on it somewhere. Will have a look and post link if I can find it.
by eleen 11 Sep 2013
If you go to the Hatched Design Forum in Yahoo groups you will find a tutorial file under files. There is a section for multiple hoopings. I've used the thumbnail process. Thumbnails for the grid but then also for the markers and then aligned the fabric onto it.
