Here is a very cool product if you want to cover your favorite pieces. It is iron-on clear vinyl! I heard about it this week and think it will solve some of my dust problems. I found the best deal at JCP. do you believe it. They also have silhouette vinyl in colors in the scrappbooking section. This one I could not find through the directory or search. Here is the link. be sure to catch the 15% off code on the home page it saves on shipping which is $8 for purchases under $100. this product can't be shipped to the store to save $$ I tested the link and it will not work. Product # is FC684-1684F http://www.jcpenney.com/dotcom/for-the-home/arts-crafts/sewing/heatn-bond-iron-on-vinyl/prod.jump?ppId=pp5002230024&catId=WebID&_requestid=175577

I'm confused. It is called iron-on vinyl but in the care instructions it says do not iron.

No Kidding! Well I did't get that far, and I hope this stuff works, because it has been ordered! I bet that means after the initial ironing!

You iron it on with the protective paper on it. Afterwards don't iron it unless to kept the paper.
I don't know this brand but used something similar when my children were young (they are in their 40s now). I still had some left that I recently used for a bib.

Pellon makes one too. Used to be able to get it by the yard at Joann's but now it just comes there in a package (on the notions wall).
