I made this queen size quilt for my Son(Greg) and partner(Georgina), it is the Federation Quilt from Jenny Haskins. I used pansy fabric, there is a swag around the border connecting all the bows. It has not shown up in photo. The swag was 3 rows of tripple stitch. The centre arrangement was my own design style. I loved making it.

What a beautiful quilt, I'm sure the photograph does not do it justice. Your work is absolutely amazing. Your son and partner would be thrilled to have such a masterpiece. *4u

Thanks for lovely comments. Yes I wish the photos was more clearer. Some of the blocks are really beautiful if I say so myself. I even made a small wall hanging to match the centre piece, with only one of those sections.

A Jenny Haskin Quilt! You were very courages tackling that project. Did you do it as a Block of the Month in a class, or on your own?You have a different medalion block.Veeeery nice!

Thank you. Yes it did start out as a class but I ended up finishing it at home. Once you know the technique style you can keep going. There were so many different beautiful quilts done from that class we all showed them off one day.
