With Halloween coming I thought you might like to see this mask from Urban Threads. I was trying to use glass buttons, however though beautiful, just not practical because of weight. I still need to clear the angelina from the eye sockets. I put a light behind them - really cool looking! Still can't find my small crystals. I think I will change the center piece, maybe feathers.

What did you stitch this on?

I sandwiched angelina fiber between 2 layers of wws.
Thanks for the information. Those masks are so elegant but so stitch intensive.
really not too bad at all. The machine does all the work! yeah!

Pretty and would be neat with some feathers.

I was just thinking that. I cleaned about 7 pheasants a few years back and have some gorgeous feathers. I have never worked with them before, and now is the time!

I did it! I make my own angelina fiber sheets so I can decide how thick and what colors.
