Hi Cuties. I could use a few prayers for my husband. I took him to hospital in the wee hrs. this morning.....We have been to emergency four times in the past 2 weeks. He gets a high fever and severe chills. two yrs ago he was diagnosed with polymyalgia......we finally got to see the specialist and she said it was the wrong diagnosis. He was on prednisone all that time! He is tapering off now, but his symptoms still keep coming back. They are doing more tests.... Please pray for him.

Hugs, Nadyne

Your post caught my eye when I saw mention of fever & chills. We were told to expect chills as my husband's non-Hodgekins Lymphoma progresses. It all started with him casually mentioning a lump on his thigh that went away, and had returned again. He was scheduled for annual ck-up, and I insisted he mention the lump to his doctor. Sure enough--he suspected right away and biopsy confirmed. I would never want to frighten you, but if your husband has noticed any swelling of glands, please mention it to his doctor. Meantime I will be praying for him that he is only "going thru menopause and having hot flashes"!! Be brave, the testing will figure it out, and it is better to know than fear the worst. Hugs to you.

Never despair, when God is there - just ask Him in a prayer. I pray that your DH will be well soon and that the treatment will be successful. Love and kind thoughts go with you.
