This is the finished road quilt for my grandsons 3rd birthday. I hope that he plays with it for a long time. DH says he will pass it to his boys too. Who knows? I made sure to match the fabrics to the building so the church has a parking lot all around it with woods in the back. The school is surrounded by children playing The barn has a creek with pussy willows growing in it. & Grayson's house is surrounded by dogs & cars & trees. Each block connects with the chartreuse & the cobblestone driveway. It was a lot of fun to make & I did it for the most part kind of like quilt as you go.
