Thank you! See comment in my other post. Size depends on the type of walker, how deep you want the pockets, if/how it folds, and the number & spacing of the center bars. I made one for my mother long ago, and her walker had 2 center bars so I made the bag fairly long for the ties to clear the lower bar. The one in the photo here started with a 48" x 20" rectangle.

Thanks - I thought the cars were a cute idea, and to my surprise they turned out really nice on the black fabric. My photo isn't so clear, but in reality, they almost jump out at you which is pretty cool!
