Here is one of my green men modelling a mask. (I thought it was time I stitched one myself!)
You can have a laugh at my expense because I forgot to add the second layer of fabric. Luckily I hadn't removed it from the hoop so I stitched the last colour again with more felt beneath the hoop.
I think this might look good in autumn colours.

Looks lovely and so does your 'model'! And you are not the only one to forget the bottom fabric ...

I love it and I won't laugh at the bottom missing . Being a leaf mask does the intended wear a pair of tights with fig leaf attached and mask leaf? Now I laugh seeing some people I know wearing. You are great at your stuff. I wish I had your engineering talent. I am always trying to line up with a battle. I get in hurry cut stuff when I shouldn't been trying there & doing little better. Bottom line we all got something outta balance from time to time. It is all time that really stinks.

A Green Man is a sculpture, drawing, or other representation of a face surrounded by or made from leaves. They are found in many cultures and often appear in church architecture.

I have quite a few - the mask is a bit of a mixture.
