Ha ha ha! I actually go for a walk for over half an hour every morning, leaving about 6.20am. I get home about 7.00am - it's so invigorating at that time of the day. Love Chris

At 6.20 I am still in bed hopefully asleep after being awake for a few hours during the time of going to bed and getting up.

That is cute. My blocks are a mile & I can't walk that far any more due to hip & knee problems. I do miss my walks.
