I thought I should show you in a simple picture how the end of my tea towel was done. pldc made some and they are beautiful, but I think the end is a little complicated . Pic1-open , 2 pieces of Velcro ,Pic 2 closed. The tap is about 8 to 81/2 finished length and 3 to 3 1/2 wide finished.

I love the way the stripes in the towel line up--I thought it was ribbon or embroidery stitched on at first! Very nice--makes me want to try one!
