Every couple of months we have our 'supper club' with 6 very close friends, which we have been doing for about 10 years. One of the courses has to be something we have never made before. It is my turn tonight and I thought you might like to see what I have made for dessert. It is called tropical cheesecake - just hope it tastes all right. I have also made chocolates to have with coffee.

My weakness Cheesecake - sure looks yummy...being wanting pumpkin pie and whipped cream for Thanksgiving, but don't dare make a whole pie as I will have to eat it all myself - no one to share .... hope your evening went well...

Thank you all for all your comments. The dinner went so well and the cheesecake was a huge success. I will certainly be making it again as it was so very different and so light.
