Beautiful blocks! They look familar, however I can't be sure. Where are they from?

Now this is terrible. When I started doing machine embroidery a whole 5 months now I bought 2 memberships. One to Sick and one to Cuties. I renamed the cuties so I could search them on my pc. Sick names their files. So in short. They are from here or Sick! lol
I have only downloaded a few things from other sites, so few I can remember what they are. I think I will make all the new cuties designs to start with a C_. That way I can reference better.
Thanks Connie

You really have a nice outcome with these blocks. I've been thinking about doing them too. What kind of stabilizer did you use?

I used a medium weight tear away. I kept the stabilizer the same size as the block, and will use it to reinforce the block.

After you have created your blocks, you set them in fabric for a top and then do the quilt sandwich. Do you just quilt around them then and leave them free floating squares in your quilt?

Oh gosh! These are lovely! After many years of hand quilting, I'm just now starting on ME quilts. I have little knowledge of "how-to" and techinqes. I appreciated the additional info you posted below. If understand correctly, you just stitched these out with a stabilizer backing. Are you going to do machine quilting as well? What is your next step? I can hardly wait to see your next blocks!

Notice that in one of Constance's comments - she says that she hopes to get it done in like the next 5 years - now it is almost 5.
Gosh. Guess I missed that.

Your thread choices really enhance this block and give it such a soft and lovely look! Thanks for the extra info below. When you start quilting it, please post about how you do it. I'm just starting doing MD quilting and am trying to make a descision about batting.
