I just finished this quilt for a young girl she is 16,with cancer , she live in far NSW, and my husband wanted me to make her a quilt to comfort her when she is in hospital, we had a friend find out a bit about her likes , it is horses and bright colours ,.I think this fits the bill quite well .I would have done embroidery but didn't have any horse designs. Thanks for looking

I don't know the young lady myself ,my husband found out about her through a workmate ,that attended one of his training courses , and my husband offered them 2 quilts .1 for Yasmin and the other will be raffled to help with medical expenses.

thank you for all your lovely comments ,We handed the quilts over to Yasmins mum this morning, she cried , she told us that she had a horse before she became ill, and that she will treasure it ,she goes to hospital for more treatment , and is sure it will be going with her , and just clutched the quilts. Her workplace will organize a raffle ,I hope it will raise enough to help out .
