Cuties.......I am trying something new with my multi needle machine today. I am doing 4 in the hoop coasters at the same time........I have not attempted in the hoop stuff on the Melco, as it just has a cylinder bar and not any real support under the hoop, so guess I will spray adhesive the backing on when the time comes and hope it sticks!! I hooped one piece of fabric and one piece of batting along with one layer of ultra solvy......so far so good, it is just adding the bottom piece that is making me nervous.....wish me luck!!

Hoping it works...perhaps you could also put in a couple of pins to hold the bottom fabric if you keep the out of the sewing area...just a thought...?

LOL, to all the time before I post.........I had to go walk the neighbors dog and feed the zoo, now I have it up in projects......It took me about 3 hours to complete this, hoping that without the learning curve they will go faster!

I have a 4-needle Melco and have no problems with in the hoop designs using spray glue or pins. Glad it worked for you!
