it was cut out by the machine then i put some 2 way iron on the back then i did a stitch bite around each part my hand by my very old singer sewing machine

I bought a Cameo Silouette Cutter last month after reading the tutorial by Carolyn Keber about how to cut applique pieces with Cameo using purchased or digitized applique designs. I had to buy a software too as the basic software that came with the machine cannot do that. It was not too expensive.


The good thing is you don't need to buy dies. But it is quite a bit of work to get ready. I only tried it once for the house applique on the sleeping sack I made.

I used the cutter to make a birthday card the other day though, as it cuts paper too.

I have the same system, Cameo, and I made magnetic signs for the side of my vehicles and window decals with my company name, phone# and website with the cameo and it worked great........there is quite a learning curve at least for me there was.......

I need to get more use out of my machine. Just too many things on the plate right now.
