While stitching out FSL tealight design from Liane stitch I realised that the battery operated tealights that I bought were too small for the design.Mine are about 13cm in circumference but this design needs a tealight about 22cm in circumference. Can anyone in Australia tell me where to get this size tealight ? At the moment all I can find is a small jar for the design to fit around.

I put my tealights inside a small candle holder, this way you can also use a real tealight candle. If you have dollar stores where you live, look in the candle isle.

This is where I bought the ones I've got last year.I want to give these to children as presents so battery operated ones are the way to go

I spent part of this morning while shopping ,looking for tealights in 8 different shops & the only battery operated tealights are the type that I have already. So I had a very close look at Liane Stitch photos of her tealight designs & have come to the conclusion ,that she has put her tealights in a jar or small glass then has placed the FSL design around the jar

I am not sure if either link will help or not...the first claims more than one size. The second may be a good option but I don't know the size.

Looks like she uses the small glasses for the candles to make it safe. On the pics you can see real flames inside the design, no battery operated.

I live in Virginia and found larger tea lights at Hobby Lobby...
I didn't know they made larger ones until I saw these in the store. Your cover is beautiful!!!!

I wonder if you could use a baby food jar (good old Gerber kind) to hold the embroidery, and place the smaller battery tealight inside of it? Would that be more the right size? Good luck with this, hugs, Marji
