We were just chatting about being "booed" While I was not booed tonight -- I was given this surprise -- a plate of very cute homemade cupcakes and this saying from the neighborhood young (12-17 year old) women. I really live in a wonderful neighborhood! <br /><br />
Their wish has already come true -- I meet sweet friends each day here on Cute!<br /><br />

There is still hope for this world. If everyone just did a little something nice for someone else, like this, then it would start to spread. I myself would love to see things like they were when we were young. You knew your neighbours, you were there to help anyone that needed help, without asking what's in it for me, you didn't lock your doors, you could play outside and your parents not panic...wouldn't it be nice to see that again? Spread love not hate...

I just goggled this Boo'd, It seems you post the poem on your door to let others know you have been Boo'd, but you have to Boo 2 more neighbours. Hmmm seems like you have some baking to due.

They truly are wonderful people. I am so very blessed by them and all they do for me. I am very thankful there are still parents that go to the effort required to raise children to serve other's.

You can always start one yourself and see what happens...
I'm not sure if this will work...I live in a neighbourhood with lots of older people. They probably don't know what is happening..and also people with other nationality (not Americans) so they would not understand either..:-(

How cute are these cupcakes!! Somebody went to a lot of work on these, and how nice of the gals to bring them to you, with that very nice poem. Maybe there's hope for the world yet. I think I'd be willing to move into your neighborhood, sound like really nice people, you're really blessed to be in that place!!
