Not an embroidery project, but is one of my hobbies.

Kool-Aid Jammer Bags. Idea was from a lady I saw in a fabric store. looked at it and went home to make one and this is what I came up with. Also make coin purses and pencil cases both are not in the picture.

Your welcome Carolyn. Hope they help. I have a friend that has made them from Chip bags and Starbuck bags also.
She is a member here, but rarely comes to the site..

I too have been to that site and make my own from the pictures. In the past I have sold many of my bags and half of the funds have gone to abuse against children.

They are colorful and the kids are going to love them. I've seen different type of bags made from candy wrappers and even pet food bags.

There is a store in Vegas that sells candy wrapper bags. I have not been there but family members took pictures for me.

I have a bunch of those pouches safe for doing this someday!!!!! Are you selling them or just giving them away? Great job!!!

Everyone of my family members has a bag and have sold them. Make sure you wash them out big time and do not use your embroidery machine. I have destroyed one sewing machine already making them.

Thanks, people like the Kool-Aid better then the Capri Sun Jammers
by brendalea 23 Nov 2014
The Capri Sun are not as thick of a pouch. I use them for inside pockets. Sometimes I use them in the body of the bags.

did you sew by hand or machine or did you glue them all together like the video below? Does this make them insulated too? Really neat project thanks for sharing. Hugs Loralye

I used a sewing machine. Sewed with a zig zag stitch. I used no glue at all. Tried with duct tape but sewing machine didn't like the tape. Have not used them as an insulated bag. Thank you
