Just a "heads up" for everyone that may be helpful. Hsarah, did you mean to post this in the "Personal" section, or were you here by mistake? That's easy enough to do, believe me. It's just that because this was a problem with a letter on the Cute website, it would have gotten a lot more attention, from both moderators and others, if it had been posted in Q&A (questions about the site) or even in Embroidery (ANY embroidery related issue). There are a lot of people that only come to the Personal section if they have time, moderators included. "Personal" is for things more like prayer requests, birthdays, grandkids pictures and so forth. Your question was really about this embroidery site, and a design offered on it, so would have gotten a lot more attention in the Q&A or Embroidery sections. Glad it finally got sorted out for you. But in the future, just for everyone's information, questions/problems of an embroidery nature will get dealt with much faster in those other sections, they could very well get kind of lost and passed over here in Personal.
