San Franciso site mystery project. A beautiful mug rug..however, I'm not a quilter so my border's not so pretty! But, these files stitched out GREAT! But think I'd have a fit if anyone put something on it without a plate!

Tks! It's sorta shocking if you see it on the table..it does look almost real! LOTS of stitches.

Beautiful! I'm sitting here with all the pieces and my backing, just having printed out the final instructions. Now to just get off the computer.

Oh, Gerry, you did such a great job on this! I hope you sent the picture to San Francisco site, too. This is so lovely and I think the border looks fine.

I did the friendship braid, but haven't embroidered anything yet. I've also got my other fabrics picked out. I intend to get this done in the next couple weeks. I really want to see what the Winter Mug Rug is going to be. Yours looks great!

Love your mugrug! It turned out great. It looks like you could lift the apple slices right off the plate. I have all my fabrics gathered but have yet to start on the project. Just too much going on right now.

I was downloading these ,too. I got some or all and got confused. The spoon should have been on the right and the napkin on the left of the plate. Maybe the person that designed it did not know how to set a table. I am glad you made an effort to try it. Thanks for sharing!! Kay

I was lucky to get it together at all! :-) There is at least one picture on their site where the person DID switch the spoon & napkin.

Kay, I had to print out the directions to keep myself straight! And I must admit, I did it all after I got the last finishing directions. I wanted to see what went where before I started it! I spend more time choosing fabric/designs than I do sewing things out!
