Seeing as I had to stay home today - I've been busy making some of the Snowmen Treat bags from Golden Needles. I absolutely love applique and these little gems are delightful. I've made these ones in the 5x7 hoop and as my theme is red, black and silver or white this year I've tried to use mostly those colours. I have put a couple of extra colours in though just to give some of them a lift. Love Chris
P.S. The Melbourne Cup Horse Race was won by Fiorente trained by Gai Waterhouse - the first woman trainer to win in Australia - yeah for the women of this world!

Yes, it would, but of course it's summer time here in Australia in December! Our winter is June, July, August, when in the northern hemisphere you have your summer. I think I should maybe have a Winter in July ladies luncheon and that way I could always use all the nice "cold" designs. Love Chris
