These are my stitched snowman from Dolly GK. I stitched them on white felt. At her suggestion I began stitching from color three, then omitted color four and went on to color five. After I was done stitching the whole snowman I removed the hoop and cut the bobbin thread. Then I placed a separate white felt behind the back and repeated the outline stitch which is the last color stop stitch numbers 557 through 1232
