Horse Candy Cane Holder. I know I got this adorable pattern from a Cutie but don't know which one. Please help me identify the talented person who put this on Cuties for us. I didn't have candy canes when I started doing these this season so made my own from pipe cleaners. Now that's the way I'll make them. They mail without damage! By leaving the space between the legs intact I was able to personalize the ornament for the holiday. Think I'll drop "Christmas" and just put the date larger on the next ones. This one was done for a great-grandma to give to her great granddaughter. I usually put a coordinating ribbon in the top to tie to the tree, but she wanted the little one to be able to put it on the tree by herself.

How clever of you to use candy-cane pipe cleaners for the hanging method. The space left below the hooves for a candy cane is too small for real candy canes so I had to lengthen that quite a bit when I stitched mine.
