FSL table runner from Designs 4 Africa. This was one of the first ones I have done like this in stitching the sections together. I am happy with the outcome. It feels lovely to. Ros gave me inspiration to get into sewing like this...thanks my Dear Friend.

thank you, the sides connecting were all straight so it wasn't too bad and there was like a line I could actually use as a guide, so it was good digitizing work to be able to do that. Each piece took about 55mins

So Kerry, each of the squares with the flower in it, are made separately? Then do you have to sew them together by hand or can you use a sewing machine? The end result is beautiful.

Yes Vicki, each square is made separately. You use the machine to zig zag each piece together. Directions come with it and is easy to understand.. I just put a few hand stitches in to secure it in place first only a square at a time and then take it to the machine and do the zig zag it is a 2.5 width and a .5 length stitch...thanks for your comment.
