YIKES...just invited to my niece's baby shower...Saturday at 2 pm of all things...so hence the help needed...

DOES ANYONE HAVE A BURP PAD PATTERN THEY JUST LOVE...the one I got from the internet just seems way to little...made one and gave it to my GD for her dollies...not sure if I really liked the design anyway

The links below are all from here Deanna. It looks like there are several styles you can make. It's relatively simple. Just use a nappy (diaper), or some soft terry towelling, flannel or some soft jersey knits. Have a look at what the ladies on these posts recommend. Love Chris

Here are some I've done. I use white flannel, make any length you want, the last ones I did were about 21 inches wide, and folded in half. I try to center my design on the half fold for the front, after my design is sewn then I sew a pretty or coordinating border fabric across the bottom only. With right sides together I serge the bottom and the side. Turn right side out and then serge the top together. I always press it through the process. You don't need cutsie baby fabric or designs either, I've seen fleur di lis designs that make the burps really cute for the girls, someone has freebie fleur di lis with a football on the web now perfect for the boys. http://www.cuteembroidery.com/9446190_couple-more-new-burpies-039.html
