This is the "Rag" Christmas tree skirt I made for a friend a while ago. I used 100% quilting cotton. I was concerned that the frays wouldn't be as nice as the flannel fabric. It turned out pretty nice I think! My friend sent me a picture of her tree she put up this weekend with the skirt under it. She was thrilled with it. Made me feel good that she was so happy!! :0)
