We had a mini Cute gathering today. Maria (grossfamilie) is visiting a friend in Lincoln so Gill Emerson and I drove over to meet her. Maria's friend Karla had made a delicious chocolate cake which was much appreciated!
The first picture is Maria and Gill and I am added on the second one where we look like a bit like the three wise monkeys!
It was lovely to put another face to a name. Maria took some pictures as well so I hope she will add them.

I still have a dental problem so unfortunate could not partake in Marias very tempting biscuits but did manage a little delicious cake!!!

It would be nice to go together....sometimes I even went by bus/P&O ferries to and back Lincoln via Rotterdam Amsterdam just to see my friend Karla for an afternoon. And I tried to convince the Ladies to come to our area some day Love and Greetings Maria
We will have to get up a trip. Have travelled Hull-Zeebrugge and Rotterdam before so no problem. Only if it is windy like today.

Next week when I return home I'll put my pictures on here as well..
more of the chocolate cake is gone now. It didn't melt in the sunshine!
Tomorrow Karla and I are going to London to do all the lovely
things and sometime before I go home we have in mind to visit
the local embroidery store you recommended.
