For a gift bottle - this is an Urban Threads design from the "Apothecary" set. I added an extra outline and satin stitch to make it free standing and elastic to keep it on the bottle.
They aren't untrimmed jumps you can see,they are actually running stitched connections. I may well unpick them.

A great gift idea, I Love it, I made labels for my herb stuff. This is great way to have that nifty old fashioned look or neato label.
