Just finished another custom reborn she was picked up this morning and I have another half finished and then I can get on with my embroidery I still have Xmas cards to embroider

Thank you for all your lovely comments to answer a few of your questions I buy the doll kit you get the head arms & legs and you can also buy a tummy plate they a arrive as what we call a blank canvas all one colour usually a peachy pink colour and then I add veining and skin colour, blushing, blemishes and any other details to look realistic such as nail and lip colouring and capillaries, birth mark each layer of very thin paint has to be heat set and a doll can have as many as 15/20 layers of paint then the hair is micro rooted with a special needle. To give an idea how long this takes it is 1/2 hairs at a time and I have been hand rooting my latest reborn for two full days and have just done half the head so far.
