I like them both but like the nose on the red on best. Did you use a cover stitch machine to make these?
the eyes on the green one make it an easy choice

PS.. you see the green eye,left side? well my thread gave me the dickens and I had to overstitch that eye.Shoot!

I like both of them but if I was told I could play with one I would pick the green one. I am adding to this after reading and in questions and looking closer. I still like the green one. The face the expression and the nose may look like a blob to you but it looks fine just would be nice if had outline to define it a little more.

The green one looks more like a baby doll face where the red one looks more grown up. Plus you can change the eye color out to match the child your giving it to or even the outfit of the doll. Even if you had a face with sleeping eyes that would be cute for a baby. My grandmother hand made me one when like that when I was little and I'm 52 now. I read the other comments and I do see what you mean about the nose but I think the eyes are so outstanding I didn't notice the nose at all at till you pointed it out. Susan
The small one for the baby is 8 1/2 inches.Avery's measures about 13 inches but I haven't filled it yet, it is drying
I did stitch the nose on Avery's and I guess it looks ok.I will post in Projects when I finish, it is pink.

They are both cute in different ways, the green one looks so sweet and innocent and the red one looks a little mischievous. If you were giving me one, I'd pick the green one.
