By now, most Secret Santa gifts will be in the world wide postal system. From my emails, I know that they are also starting to arrive at their destinations.
When you receive your parcel, please post here so that your SS knows the gift has arrived safely. It is entirely up to you whether you open it or not (please try to be good) but don't post any pictures or details of the contents until I start a thread n the big day.

I think it's great, getting a tracking number to be able to see its progress. Worth the extra dollars for express post to have that, I think.

Guess what I got today???? Well I know it is from my Secret Santa, but I don't know what it is!!!! Can't open until Christmas...sooo hard to wait...although I must admit, I have been squishing the envelope, but I still have no clue...patience is not one of my better virtues...But, I'll be good...Thank you Secret Santa...Can't wait to see what's in the envelope!!!

I have been extremely slow in posting mine SS present which has been sitting here for weeks but today I posted it.I found my SS present in the letterbox when I got home but it wasn't delivered by the postman because I can hear his squeaky motorbike going around the streets while I 'm writing this

Wow! that is so cool you have someone nearby.
It wasn't from nearby but from the Northern Territory according to the post mark, just a few thousand kms north west of here.
Here we have parcels delivered by a driver with a van. The fellow on the motorbike just does letters, so maybe you have the same arrangement.
Our postman has a bicycle, in bigger towns he comes on foot and has a trolley; packages come by van.

Ray and I finally went shopping yesterday for GK's Christmas gifts and while we were out the postie couldn't deliver a registered parcel, so I had to go to the post office today to collect it.
Alas it was not from my SS, it was just another Ebay purchase, I made last month, finally arriving.
Isn't it funny how excited we can get, even at our age, when a surprise package is imminent.

I got heavy parcel yesterday, thought my SS gift had arrived - turned out to be 2 dozen grapefruit from my brother! LOL!
Don't think I would have thought of sending grapefruit in the post, but it turn out that the above parcel is not my SS pressie, as a parcel arrived today with 'from your SS' on it

I'm really excited to see what everyone got. Projects is my favorite section and I love to see the new and wonderful things people come up with. Aren't crafters the best? This may seem odd but since I don't have time or the energy anymore to make much I still love to see the projects in hope that someday I will again be able to make things and am always tucking ideas in the back of my brain...LOL
