Cuties, I need your prayers. My baby sister who is only 50 years old is having a nuclear stress test with dye and an EKG this morning. She went to her doctor and they suspect that the Lyme's disease that she has is attacking her heart now. Thank you for praying for her.

You all are in my prayers. We have Lyme in our family. I've heard of someone who had IV antibiotics directly into the heart and recovered. I'm so sorry you have to go through all of this and glad you have good health care. Blessings, Joan

Thank you and flowers for all of you sweet prayer warriors. She was given an appointment for the end of January to discuss the findings, but was told if anything didn't look right the doctor would contact her in the next day or so. I pray that all is well and that she doesn't have any heart disease from the lymes. She is the only sibling I have left.

We have made it through have the day today and I am very anxious. I hope and pray they don't call, that would mean that there is nothing seriously pressing. Thank you for your comment.

I am new in this group so I don't know you but just had to reply. I am sorry that your sister is having to go through this. 6 weeks of waiting is a long time! I don't have that kind of patience. I have had Lyme twice and am finally fully recovered. It took a long time and several different avenues of health care. I pray that it has not affected her heart.

Thank you. We believe that she was infected at age 26, but of course there was no diagnosis at that time. It is just the time frame we can identify when she started having some major health problems. I'm happy that you are recovered.
