I am not sure, but Iam pretty certain that free downloads were never kept in your accout. I hope you saved your designs at the time of purchase.

We've looked into your account carefully, and nothing you paid for is gone:
Your Cute Embroidery purchases are all in your Stash here.
Most of your purchases were made on our sister site, Adorable Applique. Each site keeps its own Stash, so those designs don't show up here. Sign in at adorableapplique.com with the same email and open My Stash: they're all there. The list is long, so use the page numbers at the bottom of the page.
A few designs you bought years ago were later taken down from the old catalog, and they didn't make it into your Stash when we moved to the new site. That's our mistake. Their files are safe, and we're restoring them to the Stash of everyone who bought them.
Free designs from the old daily voting: as a fellow Cutie mentioned, the old site didn't record these in your account, so we can't bring them back automatically. If there's a particular one you're missing, tell us its name and we'll help.
We're also making the page numbers in My Stash easier to spot and adding a pointer to your Stash on the sister site, so nobody else gets caught out by this.
