It is my understanding that Amazing Embroidery Designs is owned by Veronica also. I have a problem that I hope someone can help me with. The email that I used to long on to AED is shut down. I set up a new email and password, but get an error message and cannot get it to the site.

I have contacted AED and they issue me a ticket but I get nothing beyond that. They also leave an address to enter to check the progress of the claim, but it takes me to the page to login my email address, which won't let me in. It is a vicious circle. I've gotten three different tickets, but I can never log on to get help. Any ideas what I should do? Thanks
