So, does anyone have a subscription to Des by Sick...and if so, does a subscription include ALL the designs on the site or are some not included? Also, anyone have the "lifetime" subscription...and is it really for a "lifetime"??? I know that sounds strange, but I had a "lifetime" membership to another well known site...and they decided to "re do" the site...and there went my "lifetime" subscription!!! When I sent an inquiry, I was told that the "old" site was no longer and that this was a new site (same name) and that I needed to buy another subscription...needless to say, I will never purchase a single thing from them again...

I have had a lifetime subscription to Designs by Sick for years now. Their designs always sew out great, never ever a problem. Yes, it does include ALL designs on the site. Nothing excluded. and there are some fantastic designs there! Best investment in designs I have ever made. I am just a paying customer, no affiliation to them. Just a very satisfied customer :-) HTH. My subscription is not a lifetime. I have pretty much every design they've ever posted and am also a very happy subscriber.

My husband gave me a lifetime membership and I have used a fair few of their designs. I have had no problems with them.

I've had a lifetime membership for many years and love it - every single design, design set, etc..... is included. I love all their designs. Every person at DBS that I have dealt with is very nice - my suggestion - do it.

I also have a membership with Designs by Sick and have had it since 2008. I have had no problems with anything on that site and if I do, a simple support ticket gets it fixed. I don't know when or who told you that it was a different site and you needed to repurchase, but I did notice that you've got the name above misspelled and maybe that was the problem.

She states it was "another" well know site, not Designs by Sick. Sometimes I read through too quickly, also.

I get the 2 year subscription when it's on half price and have no complaints at all.I am curious about their thread tho - any comments? I have a brother and am interested in the set that matches their colors.

I have a friend who I told about their sale on thread and as she was new to embroidery it would give her a good start to gather a good selection of colours at a very reasonable price and so far she is very happy with them - we both have Husqvarna Ruby's.
I have their thread...it is awesome! My Brother loves it!

Of course they mean the lifetime of the site,not your lifetime. I think Sick will be around for a very long time but some of the others might be questionable
