3 separate layers - each stitched over wash-away stabilizer.
the two layers of petals have a layer of Mylar on top of the stabilizer to give them just a little bit of sparkle.
The centers of all three layers are either glued together or stitched by hand.
A few crystals or beads in the center finish the design.
