I can't remember but these remind me of a site I would have to use translation for and I can't remember name of site. Hang on to them you might come across little smaller in diameter t-light.

I remember seeing these, they are little angels that can hang as ornaments or sit on a table. You pull them into a cone shape, then fasten them in the back.

These are from Jane's embroidery ,they are'nt tea lights covers or free just a small ornament. But they are pretty
