FSL Bow Doily
Loved the bonus single Bow design from Sue Box Classic Lace Collection but wasn't sure what to make with it. I tried the auto repeat in Embird, and this is the final result.

JUST STUNNING! Is this free standing lace, the reason I'm asking is that the outside lines going into the centre are not attached, and so I'm curious as to how they are sitting flat. Have you got a sheer backing on this that I can't see. Love Chris

Thank you, Chris. Yes, this is FSL and there is no sheer backing. When I selected the Auto Repeat feature, I entered the gap to be -0.5mm, so that the outside lines overlapped securely, at least I hoped so, since I never tried it before.
After the Vilene had been rinsed off, I had the pleasant surprise that the doily didn't fall apart! lol....

I re-read your question. The lateral little "pearls" going down to the centre don't actually reach the centre but they attach to their "neighbours".
The six central lines of " pearls" reach the centre and overlap securely at the centre of the doily. The design is dense and heavy and stays flat.
