Does anyone know if there is somewhere you can buy just the ring from inside the hoop? Unfortunately I snapped mine doing some towel embroidery today and will not want to buy a whole new hoop->

mine is only a couple of months old. If not oh well,I guess I will have to buy a whole new hoop. Like SpongeBob will say "Oh Barnacles"

Have you asked the retailer you bought your machine from?Or another sewing machine retailer in your area.If they don't supply it they would certainly know of someone who does, it it can be bought separately.Perhaps the person who services your machine. They would have been the first people I would have asked.

Keep the brocken one for when you embroider towels using the double sided tape u don't need the inner ring. u can also try glueing the inner ring & be gentle when using it.

Maybe check your dealer or you might search on the internet and find a cheaper price.( maybe Ebay. ) A flower for you.

I would also say to check you dealer. If only a few months old they may replace it.

Adelmarie, Sorry about your hoop, it does sound as tho it was defective. Tell your dealer!! I do not hoop towels, I spray the stabilzer, and then place the towel on the sticky part and baste it to the stabilizer. Hugs and flowers.

I hope you get your problem resolved. I've been pretty rough with hoops and have never had one to break so if your dealer cannot replace it, I'd go directly to the manufacturer for help. Good luck, sweetie!;)

I have done a lot with my hoops, and have never had one break. I think that I would go back to the retailer and see if they would replace it. If they can't, then try the manufacturer. I had a thread case break (Sulky), and got in touch with Sulky, and they sent me another one at no charge. Hope you get this resolved.
