ITH coaster I digitized last night...needs a little tweeking to get it just right. This is the first stitch out. Should have pinned it better as it shifted a little and the edges aren't straight. But that's an easy fix. Really quick and easy to make. I only had a charm pack in 5 inch squares...would have liked to make it a little bigger then could have tucked an old CD inside to make it more moisture resistant. Hope you like it.

Did you make it so it opens up to hold the foot of the wine glass? That's a really nice and simple coaster! I love projects like that!

It does open to cover the bottom of a wine glass and can also be used for just a plain mug.

Good job! That project is much harder to do than it looks. I am impressed.

It looks very pretty and impressive. I have done them as squares, but like the round one. Did you use a double layer for the bottom?

Bottom is just one layer but you could do two or add batting in you'd like.
