ITH coaster I digitized last night...needs a little tweeking to get it just right. This is the first stitch out. Should have pinned it better as it shifted a little and the edges aren't straight. But that's an easy fix. Really quick and easy to make. I only had a charm pack in 5 inch squares...would have liked to make it a little bigger then could have tucked an old CD inside to make it more moisture resistant. Hope you like it.<br /><br /><br /><br />

Did you make it so it opens up to hold the foot of the wine glass? That's a really nice and simple coaster! I love projects like that!

It does open to cover the bottom of a wine glass and can also be used for just a plain mug.

It looks very pretty and impressive. I have done them as squares, but like the round one. Did you use a double layer for the bottom?

Bottom is just one layer but you could do two or add batting in you'd like.
