One of my New Years Resolutions is to try to finish @ least one UFO each month. I am really going to make an effort as I have quite a few & if I can do it I may end up having a few extra Christmas gifts ready ahead of time. This is my first one, I had the topper done but nothing else because I couldn't think of what design to put in the middle that wasn't a directional one so I put it aside. Today I grabbed this off my pile & decided it had to be done today! So I chose the mitten design from my Christmas Collection volume 4 & sent the design to the 4 corners & turned it on an angle! Then I stitched in the ditch to quilt them together. A solid fabric on the back makes it reversible & perfect for winter & not just Christmas. Now all I need to finish it is the binding but I have to buy some yellow to match but it will be done this month for sure! Binding is done YEH!

Very nice. I am also going to finish off UFO's this year, but I have not allocated to do one a month like Lorayle. Just hope to get some finished projects out of the way. Shirley

Very nice runner. Hope you got a finished project stash box of your done stuff so you'll know where to find next Christmas. I am in process of going through my shelfs of fabric to start with then onward to baskets, barrels etc. I hope to just make something everyday and dimish some of this over pile.

Very pretty Loralye! Nice work!Great New Years resolution!!
You wouldn't believe the ufo I have, I had cut out a pretty Christmas dress for my oldest gd when she was a baby who is 13 now. I have been thinking I can use it now for my newest gd. lol! Also I want to share that when my Mom had died in 2000, she had a dress she started for me probably started in 1960 or so and I cut it and made into a baby onesie. It just makes you feel good to know that you finished.

I saw this on front and it made me smile. Glad I am not only one to do that. I had a pair of shorts cut out for my youngest son. Got them sewed for my 1st GS.

Looks amazing. Sometimes it pays to set something aside for a while and then you can look at it in a different way.
