This is love bud for one of my Gk's. If for a smaller child I would have just put a ribbon up top like taggie or left bald. I added hair fringe as I closed at top.

Thanks and I did her ith hoop only other sewing was hand at top and I made a 1 in tube to place in at top to fringe for hair.
What pattern did you use for her face?
I drew her up in Embird she is my design.
