I am so very sorry that the birthdays are a little late for the 15th. My internet server was down for nearly 24 hours. I spent hours on the phone being posted from one person to another, with the most awful music in my ear for most of the waiting time. I came to realise just how much we rely on the internet. So good to be back with my cyber friends. Sarah

LOL, Sarah, we must have the same server company, as you may or may not know, my website was down all day yesterday and even though it is a USA based company, I kept getting a call center overseas and they were hard to understand........I feel your frustration!!! Big hug!

I also do not understand call centers - why they have people who can barely speak English?
