Been fooling this afternoon with Balaclavas .Our son wants one for blowing snow on his tractor .He has no cab,and he wants this thing to go way down his back and chest .John is trying it on for me but Cory is Wayyyyyyy bigger lol .Thanks for looking!!Hugs Carolyn

lol 4 up hes not feeling well yesterday or today .I gave him a big ham bone to chew on and i never give him bones but this was a biggggggg one .It seems to up set his wee belly

Nice work...
I didn't realize they had patterns for these...nor did I know what they were actually called. I bought something online similiar that had a layer to block the winds for my gc and sil when they moved to Montana and the winds were in like 70mph. Not ever living in that type of weather the grandmommy panic syndrome set in big time. Anything I could find the protect them from the weather that was priced not to break the bank was considered. I would have loved to have known about these. What I bought didn't cover the shoulders and with the weather so cold it would have been nice.

Well, this is wonderful. I like that you made it long enough to be tucked inside his parka. That should help to keep him quite warm, since you used fleece. Love the maple leaf fabric!

Hard to believe anyone considering a balaclava when we're having such a heatwave in southern Australia -we cover such a wide range of Countries, temperatures and time zones. Great job Carolyn, along with 'Mr Useful' :) Love the maple leaf fabric and the matching red, too.

Carolyn this is really neat but it could be a little longer in the back. I would like to male one of those just for the fun of it. people that works out side would love it. I have a brother in law that works out side a lot.
