Bought some silk dupioni and heavy cotton to continue my X-stitching, the gingham I had used last week was not heavy enough for the designs.
I have downloaded pictures of three stitchouts using Missi's exquisite 1800 French designs......they are sooooo much prettier in person than in the photos. Wish I had proper lighting to take the pictures.....Will take photos of the finished projects when done.

Gorgeous! I happen to have a bit of purple silk, I do not think it is dupoini as it is not very thick. It looks so nice.

Thank you........Dupioni is not very thick but it is very strong and stable........
I used only one layer of medium weight stabilizer and it worked okay.

Think my keyboard may be going out....It is droping letters from words and running words together even when edited to change them.
