Here are the instructions for the balaclava that I made it is really quick & easy to make.

I started with a rectangle that measures about 48 (this will become 24 wide but you may want it larger depending on your head size) wide & 30 long folded it in half & cut a 2.5 inch straight cut out on the folded side about an inch from the top right & then folded that area back & stitched it down then I grabbed a bowl to make the top left of the hat on the open edges side & traced 1/2 the bowl shape to make it round then I tapered it at the end down to the end by going in just a bit (this is the part that will lay on your shoulders so it doesn't really matter how long it is) then I stitched it straight up from the bottom left to go up around to the top part of your head & curved it in to match where I cut the hole out for your face. I hope that this helps you out some.

after looking at this I can see now that to make the face opening you could also use a bowl & cut out half of that shape too. A tip: remember to sew the inside of the fleece to the inside there is a difference & the air needs to get through it to make it breathable. You can add to the width & the length based on the size of your head & neck. The taller you are the longer it needs to be & so forth. I do hope that these instructions are ok to follow
